Towards ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Starken Drymix Solution is in the midst of getting ISO 9001:2015 Certified.

We have implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) to meet the needs of National and International Quality System requirements, applicable interested parties and legal requirements. This QMS conforms to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015.

We also commit to continual improving the effectiveness of the quality management system.

It is the established policy of Starken Drymix Solutions to provide quality products and services, which consistently meet the needs of our customers. Starken Drymix Solutions constantly strives for continuous improvements.

The company recognizes that the development of its employees and the support from them, is the most important factor for achieving its objective of consistent product quality and ultimately, customer satisfaction.

Commitment to this policy involves almost every aspect of the company’s business and its employees. The objectives of this policy are achieved through the implementation of the systems documented in the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.

The Quality Policy and its relevant Quality Objectives are established and reviewed in the Management Review Meeting. The results will be communicated and understood throughout all levels of our organization for continual improvement its effectiveness and suitability in achieving the aims of this policy.
